🌊 SeaKind Collective – Returns & Refund Policy

`We want you to be happy with your purchase from SeaKind Collective.

If you are not completely satisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in original condition

  • Items must be returned in original packaging where possible

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Once your return is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item.

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty

Damaged or faulty items:
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Exchanges:
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item and place a new order.

Late or missing refunds:
If you have not received your refund after 10 working days, please contact your bank or payment provider first, then email us at hello@seakindcollective.co.uk`
